By uploading documents to OnlinePrintout.com, you explicitly warrant that you own the copyright content or have secured valid written permission from the copyright holder to reproduce it. We act solely as a facilitator for printing and do not claim ownership of your files.

2. Prohibited Content

OnlinePrintout.com strictly prohibits the printing of:

• Illegal, pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent material.
• Counterfeit currency, government documents, or identification.
• Material that promotes hate speech or infringes on the privacy of others.
• Copyrighted educational material (e.g., entire textbooks) without license.

We reserve the right to refuse any order without explanation if we suspect a violation. In such cases, your IP address and user details may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OnlinePrintout.com, its operators, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service or the content you upload. You are solely responsible for any legal disputes arising from printed materials.

4. Data Privacy & Handling

While we employ high-standard encryption and security measures, you acknowledge that no online transmission is 100% secure. We automatically delete all customer files from our servers 24 hours after completion of the order. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except as required by law.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Once an order has entered the "Processing" stage, it cannot be cancelled as printing has begun. Refunds are only issued in cases of:

• Significant printing defects (e.g., blank pages, wrong binding).
• Lost packages confirmed by the courier partner.

Minor color variations or formatting issues due to file errors are not eligible for refunds.

6. Communication Preferences

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive order updates, delivery notifications, and transactional messages via WhatsApp. You can opt-out at any time by replying 'STOP' or contacting our support.
